T\u00edm se kl\u00ed\u010dk\u016f nep\u0159ej\u00edme a v\u017edy m\u016f\u017eeme pou\u017e\u00edt jin\u00fd zdroj. D\u00e1 se s nimi d\u011blat cokoliv. D\u00e1t do pomaz\u00e1nky, sal\u00e1t\u016f, p\u0159idat do pol\u00e9vek, posypat jimi pe\u010divo, ozdobit tal\u00ed\u0159 s j\u00eddlem a podobn\u011b. Nejlep\u0161\u00ed je se sna\u017eit zachovat je v syrov\u00e9 podob\u011b, abychom pro t\u011blo z\u00edskali velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed zdrav\u00ed prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdch l\u00e1tek.
